Renee Frohnert is a business executive and former engineer dedicated to advancing the space industry. As Director of Business Development, Civil Space for Terran Orbital, she collaborated with NASA, NOAA, and commercial companies on space and satellite technology. At L3Harris Technologies, she generated over $200M in sales and secured 100+ contracts annually. A nominee for the Lockheed Martin ELDP, she led key programs like NASA Orion and THAAD. Renee is also an advocate for space exploration, appearing on TEDx, Netflix’s Baking Impossible, and the Weather Channel. She will launch to space in 2026 and teaches at Cornell University. Renee holds an MBA from USC, a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Cornell, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Penn State.
